REPORT & SERVICES
We
offer two full options depending on how fast you need the information.
You will receive from us a personalized CANHELP report in PDF format
via email including important links. Included with the report we provide
you with a one-year consultation service at NO extra cost.
Madeleen
Herreshoff provides hourly consultations with new clients who feel
they already have a wealth of information on cancer treatmetns and
do not wish a CANHELP report.
We
also give our existing CANHELP clients an opportunity to continue to
have access to our databank and consultation services after the first
year.
HOW
TO ORDER CANHELP’S REPORT & ONE-YEAR CONSULTATION & SUPPORT
SERVICE
Please
provide us with a cover letter containing a summary of your cancer history,
including the pathology, stage of disease, age and all treatments you
have received and/or are considering.
Be
sure to provide us with your email address.
You
may also talk us through the information over the phone and fax us your
medical records, if you have them.
The
CANHELP report will be sent via email in PDF format.
If
you do not have email and you prefer the original packet to be sent
to you via Priority mail, or in CD format, there is an additional $25
charge.
